Throughout our 'wedding journey' Thomas has been helpful, professional and extremely knowledgable. We are over the moon with our highlights video and feature length video, he has captured the day perfectly and caught precious moments that we missed. Thomas was so discrete during the day — he got all the right footage without us even knowing he was there! After the wedding Thomas kept us up to date with the progress of our wedding films. We received them earlier than expected and watched them straight away and haven't stopped watching them since! I really don't know where to start!! Tom is the nicest man and a fantastic videographer, he is so creative and really has captured every magical moment of our day!! He was so professional and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Tom has created the most amazing film and 5 minute clip of our special day! We picked Thomas (Our Big Day on Film) as he was recommended to us and at first we were told by several people "do you really need a videographer? It's a waste of money" but they're now eating their words whilst asking to see our wedding film (again!). From the first consultation Thomas was polite, friendly, approachable and very fast at coming back to us. On the day Thomas was like a friend whilst ensuring he stayed professional. His banter helped me feel at ease and brightened my morning, then throughout the day he'd work his magic and you could hardly tell he was there - no cameras in your face at all! He'd get himself into all sort of positions ensuring he captured our special day from every angle! Tbh the day was a bit of a blur for me and felt so surreal until we got the highlights video. Myself and several other family members cried with tears of joy at all the treasured memories Thomas had caught and everything felt so real - it felt like I was back there. To anyone thinking of booking a videographer/Thomas - do it! We highly recommend Our Big Day on Film and can't thank Thomas enough! He is truly talented at what he does and his highlights videos speak for themselves! Tom was fantastic, from having to facetime (as the Bride and I live in the US) to go through the logistics of the day to sending us the finished video it was seamless. The due diligence Tom showed prior to the wedding with great discussions about the plan for the day from a videography point of view really made the day itself so much easier with all that is going on when being the Bride & Groom. With the Groom having the acting skills of a dull wrench, Tom's direction and guidance was critical, the results of this can be seen in the fantastic finished product.
